1. Accuracy and Fair Presentation
1.1. Provider materials must be fair, clear, and not misleading.
1.2. You must not make statements that imply guaranteed profit, no-risk trading, regulated status, or verified performance unless those statements are objectively true and documented.
2. Performance Disclosures
2.1. If you present performance information, you must not mislabel simulated, backtested, demo, or reconstructed results as live trading results.
2.2. If material limitations apply to the data set, methodology, or time period shown, those limitations must be disclosed clearly.
3. Compensation and Conflicts
3.1. You must disclose material compensation arrangements, affiliations, sponsorships, or conflicts of interest related to the provider materials.
3.2. Before requesting external payment, you must clearly disclose the price, access period, renewal terms, cancellation route, refund terms, and a reliable way for the user to contact you.
4. Rights and Compliance
4.1. You must have the right to publish all content, branding, code, and statistics you submit.
4.2. You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your jurisdiction, audience, promotions, and communications.
5. Platform Rights
5.1. Vector Trading may label, restrict, suspend, deprioritize, or remove provider materials that violate these rules, create legal risk, or undermine trust and safety.
5.2. Vector Trading controls platform access grants, consent, lifecycle state, and platform audit evidence. You independently control and remain responsible for your external billing, refund decisions, billing records, and direct customer communication.
6. No Evasion
6.1. You must not attempt to evade moderation, disclosure, ranking, or enforcement controls by republishing materially similar content through other accounts or channels linked to the platform.
7. Paid Access and Bundle Retirement
7.1. Requesting bundle retirement immediately stops new sales and platform automation. Current or future paid access grants block final retirement until you resolve the external billing relationship and revoke the affected grants. No force option bypasses this blocker.
7.2. You decide any cancellation or refund under your disclosed terms and applicable law. Users may contact Vector Trading's official support email for help coordinating platform access state, but the platform does not issue refunds for your external payment arrangement.
7.3. Bundle retirement does not cancel or close a subscriber's exchange orders or positions. Those may remain open and must be managed and closed manually by the subscriber. You must not represent a pending handoff or paid blocker as completed deletion.
7.4. After retirement completes, the bundle and former automation links cannot be restored. Limited grant, billing-reference, legal, security, and audit evidence may be retained under the Privacy Policy.
