Autotrading Risk Disclosure

Last Updated: 2026-08-09

This document explains the specific risks and authorization scope that apply when you enable autotrading features in Vector Trading.

The platform operator is ITECH FZE, incorporated in Hamriyah Free Zone - Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, under trade licence . Its registered address is P1-ELOB Office No. E-41F-09, Hamriyah Free Zone - Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Contact us at [email protected].

1. Authorization

1.1. By enabling autotrading, starting a subscription, or launching a strategy for autotrading use, you authorize the platform to submit, amend, cancel, and close exchange orders according to your enabled configuration, connected exchange permissions, and incoming signal flow.

1.2. This authorization operates automatically and may affect your exchange account without separate confirmation for each order.

2. No Guarantee of Execution Quality

2.1. Orders may be delayed, rejected, partially filled, overfilled, cancelled by the exchange, or executed at worse prices than expected.

2.2. Latency, slippage, spread expansion, market gaps, reduced liquidity, exchange maintenance, API downtime, and infrastructure incidents can materially affect outcomes.

3. Strategy and Signal Risk

3.1. Signals may be wrong, stale, duplicated, incomplete, or unavailable.

3.2. Strategy logic, webhook delivery, provider conduct, exchange behavior, and platform-side execution can diverge from intended behavior.

3.3. Provider performance, rankings, examples, and historical metrics do not guarantee future results.

4. Exchange and Leverage Risk

4.1. Spot, derivatives, margin, and leveraged trading each carry different risks.

4.2. On leveraged or derivatives markets, liquidation, automatic deleveraging, forced reductions, funding costs, and exchange-specific position rules may apply.

4.3. Exchange-specific implementations, including hedge-mode or position-side handling, may behave differently across venues.

5. Risk Controls Are Imperfect

5.1. Stop-loss, take-profit, trailing logic, entry refill, or other protective mechanisms are not guarantees against loss.

5.2. Protective orders may fail to place, fail to trigger, trigger late, execute partially, or be cancelled or modified by exchange constraints.

6. Pause and Stop Behavior

6.1. Pausing or stopping autotrading does not guarantee that previously submitted exchange instructions will be cancelled or reversed in time.

6.2. Open positions, active orders, pending orders, and external exchange state may remain after pause or stop actions.

6.3. Confirming account deletion or bundle retirement stops platform automation immediately, but it does not cancel or close current exchange orders or positions. You must manage and close them manually.

6.4. A deletion handoff may remain pending while platform jobs retry. A provider's bundle retirement may also remain blocked by current or future paid access grants until external billing is resolved and those grants are revoked. Neither state means exchange exposure has been closed.

7. User Responsibility

7.1. You remain responsible for reviewing exchange permissions, leverage, margin mode, position mode, capital allocation, bot settings, and market suitability.

7.2. You are also responsible for ensuring that the connected API credentials are limited to the permissions you are prepared to grant.

8. No Personalized Advice

8.1. Autotrading features are software functionality and are not a personalized recommendation, investment advisory service, or guarantee of suitability for your circumstances.

9. Acceptance of Risk

9.1. By enabling autotrading, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the operational, market, exchange, and provider risks described in this document and in the Terms of Service.

9.2. Restoring an account during the deletion cooling period does not automatically restart autotrading or restore former strategy, bot, subscription, or bundle links. After final retirement, those former automation links cannot be restored.
